Enjoy a day of fur and feather at the East of England Autumn Show on Sunday 10th October 2010, at the East of England Showground in Peterborough.

Organised by the East of England Agricultural Society, visitors to the show can expect to see thousands of animals of all shapes and sizes,from small livestock exhibits including mice and fancy rats to special displays of rare and endangered livestock breeds. The East of England Autumn Show will also feature the East of England Giant Vegetable Competition which made its debut last year.

There will be many displays of traditional country life, including country crafts, as well as large animal exhibits. Magnificent Shire horses, incorporated as part of the Wisbech Shire Horse Show, will be dressed in their traditional glory. There will also be the chance to see Pony Club show jumping competitions, donkey driving and harness goats.

For those who prefer their animals with a bark, there will be plenty of dog displays and classes including ‘Scruffts’and Burgess Supa Dog Agility Stakes. New for 2010 is Hector's Fun Classes - enter your dog into our fun competitions.

There will also be a range of competitive classes including Farm Livestock - Sheep and Pigs, Pigeons, Fancy Rats and Rabbits.

Discover the ideal opportunity to make an early start on some Christmas shopping with a wide variety almost 200 trade stands to choose from, alongside a Craft Fair showcasing creative designs and a Food Hall offering the very best in regional food and drink. There will also be plenty of attractions to keep children amused including a traditional Victorian funfair.
