All of the Suites have recently been refurbished to a high standard and with the recent completion of the new exec Peterborough exhibition hall and Atrium, forming a multifunctional complex linked to the Peterborough and Cambridge Suites, we can offer you a wide variety of choice to suit the size of your event.
All Suites are ground level, with parking available directly outside for ease of access.

THE ATRIUM
Atrium with glazed cupola linked to the Exhibition hall and the Peterborough and Cambridge Suites.

THE CAMBRIDGE SUITE
Large, clear span room with its own bar, linked to the Exhibition Hall vi the Peterborough Suite.

THE PETERBOROUGH SUITE
The Scandinavian style building, purpose built with a main room floor area of 400 square metres. Features a large foyer and bar area suitable for registration or reception area.

THE HUNTINGDON SUITE
A hexagonal building overlooking the main arena consisting of an entrance lobby with one main meeting room of approximately 115 square metres.

THE BEDFORD SUITE
The ideal location for the smaller meeting, seminar or dinner party. The main room is approximately 90 square metres with a syndicate room off measuring approximately 20 square metres.

THE NORTHAMPTON SUITE
Providing independent space on 2 levels, the Northampton Suite is ideal for smaller meetings or seminars requiring break-out areas. Both levels have an expansive glass frontage making them light and spacious, have convenient access to outside areas and the first floor has a sun terrace overlooking the main arena.
Maximum Capacity Theatre Style: 60 upstairs / 50 downstairs
Boardroom: 25 upstairts / 35 downstairs

CATERING & HOSPITALITY
'Food Direct From The Farm' - The East of England Showground has strong links with the Agricultural industry and one of the key objectives of the Agricultural Society is to promote British Agriculture.
Launched in 2003 by the Society, a wholesale operation has since developed under Food Direct and continues to support an increasing number of businesses across the region. Over the next three years the volume of top quality produce purchased from a growing group of local farmer producers is expected to triple.
'Great Tasting Food From Farm To Fork' - All of the produce used within the Showground's indoor and outdoor catering operations is sourced from local farmers and processors, ensuring full traceability from beginning to end. Seasonality is also brought to the table resulting in great food that not only tasted good but is fresh.
We offer a comprehensive selection of menus to suit your particular event and budget and you will have the assurance that the food is of an extremely high standard, looks good and tastes great.
Our Hospitality Team are experienced at Catering for a wide variety of events, ranging from the smallest of buffets to 3,500 British breakfasts at large outdoor events and exclusive Royal Banquets.

If you require something special for your meeting or event which is not included in our standard equipment package, we have local contacts to provide you with the latest equipment, the very best in entertainment and guest speakers to make your event a memorable one.
The package
Suites may be booked for half a day, a whole day or evening, adding hospitality options in as required.
We tailor the total package to precisely meet your requirements and once you have discussed your ideas with us, individual estimates may be given.
To make budgeting easy, the Standard Day Delegate Package offered is as follows:-
Day Delegate Rate of £39.95 inclusive of VAT comprising:-
- Room Hire
- Tea / Coffee or Orange Juice with Biscuits on Arrival
- Mid-morning Tea / Coffee or Orange Juice with Biscuits
- 2 Course Hot & Cold Fork Buffet Lunch, Tea / Coffee or Orange Juice
