Hounds from all around the country will once again meet on the Showground to compete in the annual celebration of the hunting hound and rural pursuits - the Festival of Hunting. There will also be the exciting inter-hunt relay, with a junior and senior competition. The Festival expects to see over 1,200 hounds representing the best in modern foxhounds, harriers, beagles, bassets, mink hounds, blood hounds, drag hounds and terriers, plus displays of fell and stag hounds, coursing dogs and other country sports.
