Society employee recognised for achievements in educating children

The East of England Agricultural Society would like to congratulate Schools Co-ordinator Sandra Lauridsen who has received a commended certificate in Innovative Learning by Bayer CropScience & Farming and Countryside Education Awards 2011.

The Innovative Learning Award recognises the achievements of organisations who have implemented new learning experiences to inspire young people. Sandra, who organises Society educational activities including the Kids Kitchen at the East of England Show, is delighted that her work has created so many memorable experiences for young people and helped them understand more about food sourcing, agriculture and countryside management.
