It was great to hear from Dan Jones, who using funds from the EEAS’ Scholars Programme, recently attended the Worshipful Company of Farmers- Challenge of Rural Leadership Course.
Over the years the Society has helped a few people attend this course and all have spoken very highly of their experience and the outcomes from attending. Dan has been no different, citing that “the course was intense and included some long days, but was impactful and a game changer for my career.”
With 12 speakers such as Jack Cordery and George Eustice, Dan says the experience has not only enhanced his leadership and communication skills, but also set him up with mentors and friends for life.
