Success for our first evening webinar

On Wednesday 29th July, the East of England Agricultural Society launched our first in a series of evening webinars occurring every three weeks up to the East of England Farming Conference in November.

Our first guest was Ian Gould from Oakbank Game and Conservation Ltd answering the question, ‘Does cover cropping fit in my farming business?’. Thank you to everyone that attended the event and in case you missed it, the webinar will be available in the upcoming days on our Youtube channel and on the Society website. Thank you again to Ian for a fascinating talk and as a gesture of goodwill, a donation in Ian’s name was made to a charity of his choice in which he kindly donated £100 back to Kids Country.

We are looking forward to our next event taking place on 19th August with Phil Jarvis, Head of Farming and Dr. Chris Stoate, Head of Research from the GWCT Allerton Research Project at Loddington – ‘Fields for the Future’ a blueprint for ‘climate-friendly farming.’ You can register your free place by clicking here.

We look forward to seeing you there.
