We are thrilled to announce that four businesses have joined the Society as corporate members for 2021. We see corporate membership to the Society as the ideal way for businesses to demonstrate their support of promoting agriculture and the rural way of life in the region.
Firstly, we would like to welcome MHA MacIntyre Hudson to the Society and thank them for coming on board as members for 2021. MHA MacIntyre Hudson are chartered accountants whose agricultural experience is rooted in a wide-ranging client list from family farms across the arable, livestock, dairy and top fruit sectors, through to large commercial organisations in agri-business. We had a great evening with Joe Spencer, a Partner at MacIntyre Hudson who took part in our latest webinar alongside Heather Wildman of Saviour Associates exploring future-proofing your business. Roythornes Solicitors have sponsored a number of our Society events over the last few years including the East of England Farming Conference and the Winter Stock Festival. Roythornes are agricultural specialist lawyers with expertise also in property and the food & drink sector. We are delighted that they have taken their support one step further in becoming corporate sponsors.
Thirdly, following on from our webinar exploring cover crops last year, we are pleased that Oakbank Game & Conservation have continued to strengthen their link with the Society. Oakbank supply products and advice for Countryside Stewardship, Game Covers, Cover & Companion Crops, plus a wide range of other habitats.
Last but not least, we are happy to see that Greenwoods GRM have renewed their membership and we thank them for their continued support. Greenwoods GRM is a law firm based in Peterborough covering several areas including education, charity, and the agriculture & rural business sector.
