Exhibitors, trade stand, judges, stewards, visitors and spectators are reminded that just as East of England Agricultural Society has a responsibility to ensure the health and safety of all those attending their event, all those present have a duty of care for their own safety. East of England Agricultural Society will provide the safest possible environment which will include all the necessary COVID requirements at the time of the show. All attending are therefore expected to take the greatest of care to avoid hazards which are inevitable and an integral element at a dog show. They are also expected to follow any COVID requirements to protect themselves and others and prevent possible transmission. Anyone who is planning to attend the show must ensure they do not have any COVID symptoms if they have tested positive for COVID or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or showing signs of symptoms of COVID MUST NOT attend the Show. Those bringing portable items of equipment, such as gazebos, tents, umbrellas, folding chairs, trolleys, cages, grooming tables etc. also have a duty of care to themselves and others, that their equipment is of sound usable condition, suitable for its purpose, put up or erected securely so as not to cause injury to others or dogs attending the show. Exhibitors are also reminded they should wear appropriate footwear for the prevailing conditions on site, exhibitors show at their own risk if conditions are not ideal. Exhibitors are reminded that this is an outdoor show so should come prepared for the conditions that could prevail.
